Throughout the process we identify leadership candidates that complement your organizations mission, strategic goals and that are true fit to be successful in the role.

  6. Candidate Presentations - We provide detailed profiles of the most qualified candidates. Scion Candidate Profiles offer insight into the candidates’ specific backgrounds, and include: (1) salary expectations, (2) employment highlights, (3) candidate’s specific availability to begin a new position, and (4) facts evidencing the employment match and other important information.

  7. Client Interviews - All of the administrative details for the search are included in our service. This includes finalizing a process with your leadership for interviews, coordinating candidate participation, scheduling appointments, meetings, and offering any advice or preparation on travel arrangements. At all times our staff remains available to you and your organization as a resource, ensuring a smooth hiring process and successful transition.

  8. Final Candidate Selection - Our Executive Search Principals assist in debriefing your leadership as needed and are available to identify additional candidates, if necessary. We offer additional highlights of the candidates’ personality, goals, commitment and devotion to your mission, career potential, staying power, growth aspects, compensation goals, track record, geography, and any other information pertaining to your successful placement.

  9. Final Reference Checking - After the candidate interviews with your executive staff members, additional in-depth reference checking is conducted for candidates of prospective final interest.  While completing this portion of our search process, we actively engage candidates and meticulously verify references to ensure candidate quality and consistency.

  10. Final Offer/Close - Once your organization selects a candidate for hire, we assist in extending a tactful final offer. In turn, we also notify all candidates who applied for consideration and were not selected. To aid in the final hiring process, Scion Medical consults with you on all salary negotiations. Though every search is inherently customized, our experts will consult you in making the best salary offer while remaining within your budget.

*The Executive Search Process can be completed within 30 to 60 days on average, depending on the level of the role, and complexity of the search.
